Terms of Use

These terms govern StockMetaFlow accounts, AI-assisted metadata generation, subscriptions, credits, storage, and exports.

1. About StockMetaFlow

StockMetaFlow is a trade name operated by Oleksii Telnov as an individual operator based in Alicante, Spain. Support is available at support@stockmetaflow.com. A public street address and telephone number are not displayed on the service.

2. The service

StockMetaFlow is a web workspace for uploading images and source metadata, generating AI-assisted titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, and category suggestions, reviewing results, and exporting files for Etsy and stock-contributor workflows. StockMetaFlow does not publish to a marketplace on your behalf unless a future feature expressly says so.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• You may not share or automate account access in a way that bypasses plan, security, or usage limits.
• Google sign-in, where selected, relies on Google and Supabase authentication services.

4. User content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant StockMetaFlow and its service providers the limited permission needed to store, transmit, process, preview, and export that content at your request. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis required to process uploaded material.

5. AI output and user review

AI-generated metadata may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for publication. You must review outputs and ensure that listings, keywords, claims, categories, and exports comply with applicable law, marketplace rules, and third-party rights. StockMetaFlow does not guarantee ranking, sales, marketplace acceptance, moderation outcomes, or uninterrupted provider availability.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use StockMetaFlow to violate law or third-party rights, process content without permission, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, bypass safeguards or quotas, probe other accounts, create deceptive spam, commit fraud, or interfere with the service or its providers.

7. Plans, credits, and storage

Plan pages show the applicable price, included credits, storage quota, batch limits, queue priority, and file-retention period. Generation consumes the number of credits shown before a run begins; reviewing, editing, organizing, and downloading may not consume generation credits unless the interface states otherwise. Credits, rollover limits, and plan benefits follow the terms displayed at purchase and in the account.

When a retention period ends or a batch is archived, StockMetaFlow may remove original files and old export artifacts while retaining metadata and compact previews. You should keep your own copies of original and exported files.

8. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Stripe processes paid checkout and subscription billing. Recurring plans renew until canceled through the available account or Stripe billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law or where a billing error is confirmed, used credits and elapsed subscription periods are not refundable. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

9. Availability and changes

StockMetaFlow may perform maintenance, recover interrupted work, queue generation while capacity is busy, apply provider and security limits, and update features or plan terms. Changes do not remove rights already attached to a completed payment. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and cancel recurring billing through the available account controls.

11. Liability and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMetaFlow is not responsible for indirect losses, marketplace decisions, or losses caused by unreviewed AI output or third-party service interruption. Contact support first so the issue can be investigated. These terms are governed by Spanish law, while consumers retain any mandatory protections and courts available in their country of residence.
